Job Overview:
The Junior Associate – HR Operations role at WRI India is designed for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will support a wide range of HR operations and process improvement initiatives. The position is critical in ensuring an excellent employee experience through efficient onboarding, HR documentation, record management, compliance, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience in HR, showcasing strong coordination, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth HR operations, thereby enabling the organization to implement its programs effectively and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Coordination: Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, including issuing offer and appointment letters, verifying mandatory documents, and ensuring timely coordination with IT/Admin for workstation setup, email IDs, and welcome kits. Provide a seamless and professional onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Digitalization & HR Dashboards: Digitize all employee documents and maintain organized cloud-based storage. Develop and manage HR dashboards to track and analyze metrics such as DEI indicators, joining vs offer ratios, promotions, and exit trends. Support data-led decision-making by providing timely insights and analysis to program heads.
  • Exit Management: Coordinate the exit process across teams, conduct exit interviews, and collate insights for organizational learning. Ensure all exit documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
  • HR Documentation & Letter Issuance: Draft and release various employment-related letters such as address proofs, experience letters, visa letters, contracts, etc. Maintain accurate referencing and filing of all employee communications. Oversee the process for employee visiting cards.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain up-to-date HR records and personal files for all employees (active and exited). Share periodic MIS reports with relevant stakeholders. Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and accessible.
  • Compliance & HR Database Maintenance: Ensure HR compliance requirements are met and coordinate with compliance vendors. Maintain the HRIS (ADP and Workday) systems accurately and in real-time. Generate analytics and compliance reports as required.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have 1–2 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or similar roles. Strong coordination skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with comfort in using HR tech platforms such as ADP, Workday, or similar HRMS. A data-driven approach with the ability to create dashboards and derive insights is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and integrity.

Educational Background:
Candidates should have a Graduate degree or an MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has a foundational understanding of HR principles and practices, which will be applied in their role as a Junior Associate in HR Operations.

Experience:
The position requires 1–2 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or similar roles. This level of experience is necessary to ensure that the candidate is familiar with HR processes and can contribute effectively to the team's objectives from the outset.

Languages:
While the job does not specify mandatory languages, proficiency in English is essential for communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Additional Notes:
The position is a term hire for 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. The salary for this role ranges from 750,000 to 940,000 INR CTC per annum, commensurate with experience and skills.
