Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with five years of relevant work experience. A bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for up to three years of experience. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM, along with a strong understanding of CRM data models and object relationships. Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also essential qualifications for this role.
Educational Background:
While a High School Diploma is the minimum requirement, a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. This educational background will provide the necessary foundation for understanding data analytics and reporting within the context of Salesforce and organizational needs.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, with at least two years specifically focused on building dashboards and reports in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
