Job Overview:
The position of Directora Adjunta involves overseeing various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's impact in Venezuela. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to foster collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively. Educational Background:

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management, preferably within the humanitarian or development sectors. Experience working in Venezuela or similar contexts is highly desirable. Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects is essential.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication in Venezuela. Proficiency in English is highly desirable, as it will facilitate communication with international stakeholders. Knowledge of other languages is a plus and will be considered an asset.
