The coordinator will be responsible for managing data, validating reports, and ensuring the integrity of information across the department, thus playing a crucial role in the organization's data-driven initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator, Data & Research will have a variety of responsibilities, including coordinating and monitoring project timelines, effectively communicating project needs, and managing assigned projects. The coordinator will assist with operational efforts, which may involve validating and auditing data, distributing reports, and communicating with internal stakeholders. They will utilize vendor and Association systems to complete their duties efficiently and maintain accurate data for compliance requirements. The role also includes providing excellent customer service to coworkers, volunteers, and vendors, ensuring timely responses to requests and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, the coordinator will conduct data audits, maintain structured workflows for data processing, and oversee updates to key business processes, ensuring that all data and documentation meet organizational expectations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Project Coordinator position should have at least three years of experience in project coordination, data management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, particularly advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, formulas such as VLOOKUP and IF statements, and data-cleaning functions. Experience in report preparation, proofreading, and data validation with a strong attention to detail is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as the coordinator will need to prepare clear and professional reports and presentations. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across various internal departments is also crucial.

Educational Background:
While a high school diploma may be sufficient, candidates with some college education or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related area are preferred. This educational background will provide the foundational knowledge necessary for the analytical and operational tasks required in this role.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in project coordination, data management, or a similar field.
