A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, along with 10 years of demonstrated experience; an advanced degree such as an MBA or PhD is preferred. Experience in multiple functional areas within a multinational biopharma company, such as business development, product management, and commercialization, is highly desirable. A significant track record of leading and negotiating successful technology-related transactions, particularly in relation to intellectual property and data ownership, is essential. Experience working with multinational corporations and partnerships in low- and middle-income countries is also preferred.
