Job Overview:
The Protection (UDOC) Team Leader is tasked with implementing UDOC/Protection activities and coordinating community engagement initiatives as per the Country Office's strategy and policy frameworks. The team leader will oversee activities in Multi-Purpose Service Centers (MPSCs) across Iran, identifying needs and gaps in urban settings and providing feedback on outreach and integrated programming. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Protection (UDOC) Team Leader will adhere to NRC policies and contribute to the development of Protection/UDOC strategies and project proposals. Responsibilities include managing and implementing delegated projects, ensuring high technical quality, and providing regular progress reports. The team leader will oversee activities in MPSCs, manage service contracts, and coordinate with local and international partners to expand service provision. They will conduct multi-sectoral needs assessments, mentor local partners, document progress, and participate in coordination forums with stakeholders.
