Job Overview:
The Chargé.e de voyage position is situated within the Human Resources department of Solidarités International. Reporting to the HR Administration & Travel Referent, the travel officer is responsible for the administrative and operational organization of travel for headquarters and expatriate staff both in France and internationally. This role serves as the primary contact for partner travel agencies regarding travel management. The travel officer will also participate in projects within the HR Administration & Travel service and the HR Department. The position requires a proactive approach to managing travel logistics and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bac+2/3 level education, preferably with a BTS in personnel administration. Proficiency in common office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. A strong command of English is mandatory for this position. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate dynamic interpersonal skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and meticulous organizational abilities. The ability to plan, anticipate, and coordinate effectively to meet both internal and external requests is crucial. Candidates should also exhibit strong prioritization skills, adaptability, and resilience under stress.
Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a minimum of Bac+2/3 level education, with a focus on personnel administration or a related field. A BTS in administration is preferred, as it provides the necessary foundation for managing HR-related travel functions effectively.
Experience:
Candidates should have relevant experience in a travel service within a humanitarian organization or a similar type of organization. This experience is vital for understanding the complexities and challenges associated with travel management in a humanitarian context.
Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory for this position, as it is essential for communication with international partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not explicitly required.
Additional Notes:
The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, with potential travel to field locations. The contract is a fixed-term contract (CDD) for a duration of 3 months, classified as a managerial position. The gross monthly salary ranges from €2865 to €2985, depending on the applicable salary scale at headquarters. There is an option for remote work, allowing for 4 to 12 days of telecommuting per month, in accordance with the current telework charter and manager approval. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 days of paid leave per month and 1 day of RTT (reduction of working time) for each complete month of work.
