Job Overview:
The Learning Coach will play a pivotal role in implementing and overseeing the Epyco methodology project in La Rioja. This position requires a proactive individual who can facilitate learning processes, support educators, and engage with students to enhance their educational experiences. The coach will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to teachers and educational staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational methodologies and a passion for improving learning outcomes in the community. The role also involves collaborating with local stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of the Epyco methodology into existing educational frameworks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for educators on the Epyco methodology.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance teaching practices and learning outcomes.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to teachers in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and local education authorities to align project goals with community needs.

Educational Background:

Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an educational setting, preferably in a coaching or training role. Languages:
