Job Overview:
The position of Associado(a) – Desenvolvedor(a) Python is integral to the project aimed at strengthening innovation and effectiveness within the Judiciary of the State of Bahia (TJBA). This role involves developing software artifacts that meet both functional and non-functional requirements as part of the Project BRA/23/01
  • The selected candidate will work closely with TJBA and UNDP focal points, employing established software development processes, architecture, and programming standards. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, contributing to the planning and implementation of project activities, and ensuring that the solutions developed are aligned with the objectives of enhancing judicial services in Bahia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Associado(a) – Desenvolvedor(a) Python include:
  • Modeling requirements and artifacts using UML diagrams and preparing necessary documentation such as texts, reports, and official letters for software development.
  • Developing software artifacts using Python and compatible libraries and frameworks to meet project requirements.
  • Supporting the Coordination Analyst and team members in project planning and implementation, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Assisting Software Architects in defining architectures and technologies to be used.
  • Engaging in the deployment, monitoring, and technical support of developed solutions, applying best practices in accordance with TJBA and UNDP methodologies.
  • Contributing to the development of structural solutions for the project and supporting technical solutions for additional services.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in software development if holding a high school diploma, or 4 years if holding a bachelor's degree in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or Computer Engineering. Proficiency in Python programming is essential, along with experience in software development methodologies and practices. Candidates should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Educational Background:
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines is preferred. Candidates with a bachelor's degree will be given due consideration, but it is not a strict requirement for application.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development for candidates with a high school diploma, or 4 years for those with a bachelor's degree. Experience in developing software solutions, particularly in the context of judicial systems, is highly valued and will be considered an asset.

Languages:
