Job Overview: The Civil Affairs Officer position is crucial within the Civil Affairs Division of UNMISS, located in Malakal, Upper Nile State. This role involves engaging with local authorities, political and traditional leaders, and civil society to promote peace and stability in the region. They should demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in challenging environments, as well as creativity in problem-solving.
