Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong background in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in consultancy services within the buildings sector is essential. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and environmental regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
