Job Overview:
The Organizational Coach position is integral to the Human Resources Division, specifically within the Learning and Performance Branch (CSHL). The role involves preparing and delivering virtual coaching sessions tailored to the needs of FAO staff. The coach will work closely with staff members to identify their individual needs and customize sessions accordingly. Additionally, candidates must hold a coaching certification approved by recognized bodies such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), or Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE).

Educational Background:

Experience:
