Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Programme Assistant will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including but not limited to: preparing routine correspondence and administrative documents; processing and formatting various reports and briefs; organizing and maintaining filing systems; managing the agenda of the Division Director; scheduling appointments and travel arrangements; organizing meetings and events; analyzing and distributing incoming correspondence; serving as the administrative focal point for the Sub-Commission; supporting financial and budgetary management; ensuring compliance with UNESCO's financial processes; and acting as the designated security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security Focal Point for United Nations staff in the Cartagena area.
