Job Overview: The Registry Visiting Professional will work under the direct supervision of an Associate or Senior Human Resources Officer within the Human Resources Section of the ICC. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Registry Visiting Professional include:
Internal Communications / Tracking: - Contributing to the design and communication strategies that support key HR and business objectives. - Implementing communications for key projects, including drafting, editing, proofreading, and layout of content. - Exploring new tools and tactics to enhance HR projects.
Outreach / Branding: - Developing compelling editorial, multimedia, and digital content for various talent outreach channels. - Supporting the design, execution, and evaluation of global employer branding and recruitment campaigns. - Assisting in the development and implementation of a targeted global talent outreach strategy. - Developing and implementing targeted recruitment campaigns for priority recruitments.

Required Qualifications: The essential qualifications for the Registry Visiting Professional position include: - Advanced University degree in human resources management, communications, public relations, IT, or a related social science field. - A minimum of three years of professional experience in human resources management, digital marketing, brand management, public relations, talent acquisition, or communications within an international organization or large corporation. - Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, relationship management, and digital content creation is a strong asset. - Proficiency in graphic design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is also advantageous.
