Duties and Responsibilities: Interns will be responsible for supporting the Court-wide learning needs analysis process, assisting in drafting the Court’s Learning Plan, and coordinating training sessions. They will work closely with managers and trainers to schedule training opportunities, organize venues, and develop course materials. Additionally, interns will assist with financial administration related to training budgets, conduct training evaluations, and help research and propose improvements to current HR practices. They will also support internal communication efforts by organizing and implementing communications for key projects, drafting content for newsletters and events, and collaborating with communication colleagues to ensure alignment with the organizational brand.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree or be in the final stages of a relevant study at a recognized university, with a strong academic record. Degrees in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or Marketing are particularly encouraged. While practical experience is not mandatory, any relevant experience may be considered an asset. Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork skills, adaptability to multicultural environments, and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Educational Background: A degree or being in the final stages of study in a relevant field from a recognized university is required. Candidates are expected to have a very good academic performance, and those with degrees in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or Marketing are strongly encouraged to apply. Other academic qualifications may also be considered.
Experience: The internship is designed for candidates in the early stages of their professional careers, so prior practical experience is not a strict requirement.
