  • Assist in communications for major ILO events, collaborating with relevant departments and stakeholders to provide guidance on communications, branding, dissemination, and other communication products.
  • Support awareness campaigns and staff engagement initiatives that promote an inclusive and respectful culture within the ILO, addressing priority issues such as environmental sustainability, disability inclusion, and prevention of misconduct.
  • Develop and maintain editorial guidelines for the ILO intranet, overseeing content creation and collaboration with intranet content creators to ensure engaging and relevant user-focused content.
  • Assist in editing and proofreading content in line with the Unit's content strategy in all three working languages (English, French, and Spanish) and coordinate translation efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate intranet user analytics to assess engagement and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
