Job Overview:
In this role, under the supervision of the Head of the Foundations Department, you will manage a portfolio of partners with the aim of developing private resources for ACF France and ensuring the communication of operational needs. Your responsibilities will include developing partnership activities in line with the department's strategy, participating in defining the department's strategy by contributing to orientations and priorities, and animating your existing partner portfolio by identifying new actions and projects to retain partners and increase resources. You will propose partnership offers from the Partnerships Delegated Directorate to organizations in your portfolio, ensuring their alignment with partner needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the department's functioning and manage the administrative aspects of activities, participate in internal activities, and organize the department's operations. You will also ensure the administrative follow-up of partnerships (contracts, agreements, reports) in accordance with current procedures and communicate ACF France's operational needs to ensure they are considered in projects and partnerships. Furthermore, you will supervise and train collaborators (interns, apprentices, volunteers), manage and oversee the activities of interns and/or apprentices, ensuring their integration and initial training, and provide regular guidance and information for the smooth execution of their missions. You will also supervise volunteer activities and raise their awareness of ACF's missions and procedures, providing them with the necessary information for their roles.

Required Qualifications:
You must hold a Master 2 degree in political science, international relations, humanitarian project management, or development. Additionally, you should have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the fields of sponsorship, CSR, or marketing related to the private sector. You should be motivated by external representation missions, possess strong negotiation skills, and have excellent commercial acumen. You should be capable of taking initiatives and working autonomously while ensuring rigorous reporting. Being organized and methodical is essential, as is the ability to manage unforeseen circumstances and adapt your communication style according to your interlocutors and the files you handle. You should be recognized for your rigor, responsiveness, and excellent writing and communication skills in both French and English, which will add significant value to the follow-up and retention of partnerships.

Educational Background:
A Master 2 degree in political science, international relations, humanitarian project management, or development is required for this position. This educational background provides the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to effectively manage partnerships and contribute to the strategic objectives of the organization.

Experience:
The position requires 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar role. This experience should ideally be in the fields of sponsorship, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or marketing related to the private sector. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of managing partnerships and developing resources in a non-profit or humanitarian context.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is also required. Strong writing and communication skills in both languages are essential for effective partnership management and reporting. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not mandatory.

Additional Notes:
The position is classified as a cadre integrated contract for a duration of 1 month. The workplace is located in the Île-de-France region. The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually over 13 months, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time). Health coverage and insurance are provided, with 80% of costs covered by ACF. Salary maintenance provisions are in place for illness, maternity, and paternity. Transport allowances cover 50% of the commuting costs between home and the workplace. Meal vouchers are provided, with 60% of the cost covered by the organization. Social benefits include gift vouchers and reimbursement for cultural activities. Remote work is available to all employees from metropolitan territory, with a mandatory presence at the headquarters for 4 days per month. Collective presence is also required for meetings and events, up to 3 days per month, and 2 days of mandatory presence during team integration. Telework allowances are provided.
