Job Overview:
The People & Organisational Capability Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and effective project coordination for the People and Organisational Capabilities (P&OC) global initiatives. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the P&OC team and its annual rhythms. The coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including team coordination, scheduling training sessions, managing communications, preparing materials, maintaining accurate records, and providing logistical support for P&OC initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach to facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and across global programs, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the People & Organisational Capability Coordinator include:
  • Providing administrative support to the P&OC team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinating team activities and schedules, including training sessions and meetings.
  • Managing communications within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Preparing materials and documentation for training sessions and initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of team activities and initiatives.
  • Providing logistical support for P&OC initiatives, including organizing events and training sessions.
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of global programs related to People and Organisational Capability.
  • Utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software tools to support training initiatives.
  • Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires the following qualifications:
  • An accredited degree in Business Management, Education/Professional Education and Training, HR/Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Communications/Interpersonal Communications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience providing support and coordination to teams, preferably in the context of global programs or meetings.
  • Professional expertise in coordination and support of global program design and delivery, with a preference for experience in People and Culture, Learning, Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software tools is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is required.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess an accredited degree in one or more of the following fields: Business Management, Education/Professional Education and Training, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Communications/Interpersonal Communications.
