- The officer will work under the supervision of the National Senior Protection Associate and the Senior Protection Assistant, coordinating closely with colleagues to manage cases effectively. The role involves conducting all steps of the case management process for assigned cases, acting as the focal point for Counter Trafficking (CT) cases, and providing training and support to protection case workers. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Protection Case Management Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Providing ongoing training and support to protection case workers and colleagues from other IOM units and NGOs.
- Identifying potential CT cases during outreach and conducting assessments at various locations.
- Developing tailored assistance plans for victims based on their needs.
- Conducting focus group discussions and information sessions to engage vulnerable populations in CT activities.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with communities and partners.
- Contributing to the development of materials and tools related to CT.
