Job Overview:
The position of Protection Case Management Officer is integral to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), which has been a leader in migration management since its establishment in 195

• The officer will work under the supervision of the National Senior Protection Associate and the Senior Protection Assistant, coordinating closely with colleagues to manage cases effectively. • Providing ongoing training and support to protection case workers and colleagues from other IOM units and NGOs.
• Identifying potential CT cases during outreach and conducting assessments at various locations.
• Developing tailored assistance plans for victims based on their needs.
• Conducting focus group discussions and information sessions to engage vulnerable populations in CT activities.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with communities and partners.
• Contributing to the development of materials and tools related to CT.
