Job Overview:
The role of Chargé(e) de collecte 360° involves implementing and monitoring the Direct Marketing strategy and action plan (Face-to-Face) to develop private resources for ACF from individual donors, focusing on both retention and prospecting. The position requires collaboration with other marketing team members to ensure the operational implementation of fundraising campaigns targeting regular donors through various channels such as street marketing, private sites, door-to-door outreach, and follow-up through telemarketing and mailing. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring message consistency and planning campaigns in alignment with the Communication & Development Department's calendar. Additionally, the role includes collecting necessary information for marketing campaigns, monitoring the qualitative and quantitative results of Face-to-Face campaigns, and contributing to budget oversight for these campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Chargé(e) de collecte 360° include:
- Implementing and monitoring the Face-to-Face action plan and its results.
- Managing the operational execution of fundraising campaigns targeting regular donors through various methods including street marketing, private sites, and door-to-door outreach.
- Following up on the donor relationship cycle through telemarketing, mailing, and emailing in collaboration with other marketing team members.
- Ensuring message consistency and planning campaigns in line with the Communication & Development Department's calendar.
- Collecting necessary information for marketing campaigns from internal and external sources.
- Monitoring the qualitative and quantitative results of Face-to-Face campaigns.
- Assisting in budget oversight for Face-to-Face campaigns in support of the Direct Marketing Pole Manager.
- Organizing regular follow-up meetings with agencies and service providers, preparing agendas, necessary documents, and ensuring the drafting of meeting minutes and worklists.
- Supervising mystery visits and regular phone audits to evaluate the quality of service provider communications. 1
- Participating in the definition of the overall direct marketing strategy and optimizing new levers. 1

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bac+3 level education in commerce or marketing. A first experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in managing fundraising campaigns, is highly desirable. The candidate should have a good understanding of the non-profit sector and its challenges, enabling them to be operational quickly. Proficiency in marketing segmentation (paper donors, web donors, etc.) and the ability to analyze marketing results and produce actionable recommendations are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to propose solutions to meet service needs are also important. Additionally, the candidate should be recognized for their analytical skills and database management capabilities.
Educational Background:

Experience:

Additional Notes:
The position is classified as a Cadre integrated CDD (fixed-term contract) for a duration of 6 months, located in the Île-de-France region. The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time), and health coverage is provided with 80% of costs covered by ACF. There are provisions for salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed (50% of the commuting allowance), and meal vouchers are provided with 60% coverage by the organization. ACF also offers social benefits through the CSE (Social and Economic Committee), including gift vouchers and reimbursements for cultural activities. Remote work is permitted for all employees within metropolitan territory, with a requirement for in-office presence four days per month. Additional in-person attendance is required for collective meetings and events, with up to three days per month and two mandatory days during team integration. Telework allowances are also provided.
