Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent will perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to: providing secretarial and administrative assistance to the judges; preparing communications from drafts in final form, including letters, statements, and speeches; checking correspondence and documents for completeness and accuracy; coordinating the judges' work schedules by arranging meetings and appointments; drafting routine correspondence; acting as a focal point for administrative actions; organizing and maintaining collections of documents; providing administrative assistance related to judicial proceedings; maintaining correspondence logs; coordinating preparations for meetings; maintaining calendar charts; taking notes during a judge’s absence; monitoring incoming mail; and performing other duties as required.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a diploma of secondary education and at least six years of relevant work experience in administrative and secretarial functions for senior officials, particularly involving frequent contact with diplomatic personnel. An advanced or first-level university degree may substitute for two years of work experience. Candidates should demonstrate excellent secretarial and communication skills, including drafting ability and proficiency in office automation systems such as Word and Excel. They must also exhibit absolute discretion and loyalty, along with a broad general knowledge of the Court's structure and administrative procedures.
Educational Background: The minimum educational requirement for this position is a diploma of secondary education. However, candidates with an advanced or first-level university degree may be considered, as this can substitute for two years of the required work experience. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the duties effectively.
Experience: A minimum of six years of work experience is required, specifically in performing administrative and secretarial functions for senior officials. This experience should include frequent interactions with diplomatic personnel, highlighting the need for professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information.
