Job Overview:
The Chargé(e) de Support Informatique will work under the supervision of the Head of the Production Pole. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to users at both headquarters and field locations, ensuring the security of their data, and conducting integration sessions for new employees regarding IT tools and resources. The role also involves assisting in the administration of the IT equipment inventory, supporting the IT administrator in managing the stock and loans of computers, and participating in the planning and organization of IT management tasks. The position requires the installation and configuration of new computers and software, maintenance and repair of hardware and software, and contributing to the technological monitoring of the organization. The Chargé(e) will also help identify and gather user needs for new support materials and contribute to the development of training guides and memos.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to users, ensuring technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users in securing their data.
- Conduct integration sessions for new employees on IT tools.
- Help administer the IT equipment inventory and manage stock and loans of computers.
- Participate in planning and organizing IT management tasks, including deployment and renewal schedules.
- Install and configure new computers and software, ensuring network connectivity.
- Perform maintenance and repair of hardware and software for computers, printers, photocopiers, and scanners.
- Monitor IT equipment throughout its usage.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with solid experience in IT administration and user support. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and office tools is essential. The role requires a high degree of technical expertise, including access to management interfaces for user accounts and security systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on projects are crucial. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive service orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required for this position. Candidates should have a strong foundation in IT principles and practices, particularly in user support and IT administration.
Experience:
The position requires substantial experience in IT administration and user support. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing IT systems and providing technical assistance in a professional environment. Experience with specific tools and systems such as SCCM, Office365, and Active Directory is highly desirable.
Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory due to the international nature of the work environment. Proficiency in French is also essential, as the position is based in France and involves communication with local staff and stakeholders.

- The salary ranges from €34,000 to €41,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time). Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim, along with salary maintenance benefits during illness, maternity, and paternity. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50%, and meal vouchers are subsidized at 60%. The organization promotes social welfare initiatives and allows for remote work, requiring a minimum of three days per week at the headquarters. Additional training opportunities are available through an unlimited access e-learning platform.
