Job Overview:
The Digital Campaign Graphic Support Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital visibility and public awareness of World Food Day 202
  • This position involves supporting a significant campaign aimed at providing 100,000 meals to beneficiaries through a 100-hour Feed-a-thon. The officer will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that amplifies messages related to security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">food security, nutrition, and the Sustainable Development Goal 2 – Zero Hunger. The role requires collaboration with the communications team and the Sabi Chef/Outori Communications Focal Point to produce a minimum of 5 graphic designs each, totaling up to 125 designs. These designs will be used for social media posts, campaign infographics, and other promotional materials, ensuring that all content adheres to branding and communication guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Digital Campaign Graphic Support Officer will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Reviewing campaign information and understanding target audiences and branding requirements.
  • Developing social media graphics, infographics, digital flyers, banners, and other campaign materials.
  • Preparing draft designs and incorporating feedback from the communications team.
  • Adapting designs for various digital platforms and campaign activities.
  • Ensuring all materials comply with agreed branding and visual communication guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with the communications team to ensure alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Engaging in discussions about design concepts and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Meeting deadlines for design submissions and revisions to ensure timely campaign execution.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Digital Campaign Graphic Support Officer position should possess the following qualifications:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
