Job Overview:
The position of Chef·fe de Projet Finance SI involves overseeing the development and necessary evolutions of the Financial Management System in accordance with the management framework dictated by the DAF services. The role requires coordination of existing Financial Management Systems (SGF), contributing to the evolutionary maintenance of the Finance ERP, and participating in finance tool transformation projects. The individual will work closely with the service manager to contribute to studies and projects, communicate the progress of developments to all stakeholders, and participate in transversal projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that the financial systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals, thereby supporting the overall mission of Action contre la Faim.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Chef·fe de Projet Finance SI will be responsible for the following duties:
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a higher education degree in financial management and have at least 3 years of experience in functional project management within finance information systems. Technical skills required include knowledge of budget cycles, project tracking, commitment and cash accounting, donor reporting standards, pedagogical engineering, and project management. Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is essential. Additionally, candidates should have skills in business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Power Query. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are also necessary, along with a pedagogical approach to training and support.
Educational Background:
A higher education degree in financial management or a related field is required for this position. This educational background should provide a solid foundation in financial principles, project management, and the technical skills necessary for managing finance information systems effectively.
Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in functional project management related to finance information systems. This experience should include hands-on involvement in managing financial systems, understanding budget cycles, and working with various stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of financial tools and processes.
Languages:
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory due to the international nature of the work environment. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not explicitly required for this position.
Additional Notes:
The position is classified as a Cadre Intégré and is a fixed-term contract (CDD) for a replacement period of 4 months, full-time. The workplace is located in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €46,000 to €55,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days of paid leave per year, 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% covered by the organization. Telework is available to all employees from the metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person presence required except for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence during onboarding.
