Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Asistente de Recursos Humanos include:
Providing assistance in general HR inquiries and ensuring high-quality HR services are delivered to clients.
Offering guidance and training to other staff members to support their development and enhance their knowledge of HR systems and procedures.
Acting as a liaison with other internal departments regarding HR matters such as payroll and contracts, facilitating necessary information for timely HR service delivery.
Extracting and compiling HR data related to recruitment, selection, contractual conditions, and performance.
Providing administrative support in various HR activities within assigned areas of responsibility.
Maintaining confidential personnel records, HR databases, and files to ensure accurate data storage and updates according to established standards.

Required Qualifications: The position requires a completed high school diploma as a minimum.
