The publication will be approximately 50 to 70 pages long, and the volunteer will work closely with the FAO team to ensure that the final product meets the organization's standards and effectively communicates the intended messages. The volunteer will also be expected to incorporate feedback from the FAO team throughout the design process, ensuring that the publication aligns with FAO branding and visual identity.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
Educational Background:
A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant certifications or extensive experience in design may also be considered.
Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work on publications or similar projects.
Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as the publication will be created in English. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Georgian, would be considered an asset.
Additional Notes:
This position is a volunteer role, and the duration of the assignment will be specified upon selection. The role is designed for individuals who are looking to gain experience in publication design while contributing to an important project aimed at promoting climate action and sustainable agricultural practices. The position may be part-time or full-time, depending on the availability of the volunteer and the project timeline.

- Applying FAO branding consistently throughout the publication to maintain organizational identity.
- Incorporating feedback from the FAO team and making necessary revisions to finalize the publication.
- Providing a web-ready PDF and editable source files upon completion of the assignment.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating publications or similar materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar tools.
