This position reports directly to the Chief Impact Officer and oversees a global team of technical experts. Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field, which may include public health, international development, or a related discipline. Alternatively, equivalent humanitarian leadership experience may be considered in lieu of formal educational qualifications.
Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in humanitarian or development programming. Candidates should have substantial experience managing global technical teams and senior technical advisors, demonstrating a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively. Experience in donor engagement and funding strategy is also critical, as is a proven track record of managing complex, multi-country programs.
Languages:

- Lead and develop a high-performing Technical Services & Quality Assurance team, fostering collaboration across headquarters, regional offices, and country programs.
- Drive technical positioning and resource mobilization efforts, supporting donor engagement and developing proposal strategies for complex, multi-country funding opportunities.
- Serve as a senior external representative of the organization, enhancing partnerships with donors, stakeholders, and global technical networks.
- Advance evidence-driven programming by strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems, knowledge management, and research and innovation to showcase organizational impact.
Required Qualifications:
