- The contract includes various benefits such as social coverage, unemployment insurance for EU nationals, a pension scheme, medical coverage with a 50% employee contribution, and repatriation insurance. The salary starts at €2,869 gross per month, with additional allowances for per diem and hardship. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and a rest and recuperation period of five days every eight weeks. The position is unaccompanied, and housing will be collectively managed by HI. For residents in the country, a local package will be provided.
