Responsibilities include designing and implementing partnership strategies, defining strategic visions for partnership development both in France and internationally, and ensuring sustainable growth and measurable impact. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Management, Business Administration (MBA), Communication, Marketing, International Relations, International Cooperation, or Sustainable Development. They should have significant experience in developing high-value partnerships internationally and possess in-depth knowledge of the private foundation market. Additionally, candidates should have substantial experience in developing partnerships, including prospecting and retaining major accounts (businesses and foundations) within an international NGO, humanitarian, or development context, or in an international agency within the solidarity sector. Experience in managing a team of more than ten people is also required.
Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master's degree in relevant fields such as Management, Business Administration (MBA), Communication, Marketing, International Relations, International Cooperation, or Sustainable Development. This advanced education is essential for understanding the complexities of partnership development and management in a global context.
Experience:
The position requires significant experience in developing high-value partnerships at an international level. Candidates should have a proven track record in prospecting and retaining major accounts, particularly within the context of an international NGO or similar organization. Additionally, experience in managing teams of more than ten individuals is essential, demonstrating leadership and team development skills.
Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in additional languages may be considered an asset, enhancing communication with diverse stakeholders and partners.
Additional Notes:
The employment status for this position is Integrated Executive – Permanent Contract – Full-time. The position is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), with a salary range of €61,000 to €69,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions, transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization. Remote work is permitted from metropolitan territory, with a mandatory presence at the headquarters for two days per month and additional in-person requirements for team integration and collective events. - Managing and inspiring a dedicated team of approximately ten individuals, fostering autonomy, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Coordinating activities in close collaboration with other departments at the headquarters and the 25 country offices managed by Action contre la Faim France, as well as with members of the Action contre la Faim International network to ensure an integrated and ambitious approach.
