Job Overview:
The Chauffeur is responsible for the safe transportation of staff and authorized individuals between the regional office and various required destinations. This role demands a courteous and professional service, assisting passengers as needed during boarding and alighting from the vehicle, as well as addressing any other travel-related needs. The Chauffeur is also tasked with the general maintenance of the assigned vehicle, ensuring its cleanliness, proper functioning, and conducting necessary preventive maintenance and repairs to guarantee safety and availability. The position requires a proactive approach to planning routes and managing transportation needs based on the office's schedule or specific requests, ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations and responding to special requests for errands, deliveries, or pickups as instructed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport staff from the regional office and project goods, consultants, and visitors to designated locations. - Ensure the safety, cleanliness, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, and maintenance of the vehicle. - Conduct routine maintenance on the vehicle, including oil changes, inspections, brakes, and tire pressure checks. - Organize major repairs for the vehicle when necessary. - Ensure all mandatory vehicle documents are in order and up to date, including insurance, logbooks, and necessary spare parts. - Plan routes and transportation needs according to the office schedule or ad-hoc requests. - Ensure that passengers adhere to all road safety rules. - Respond to special requests by performing errands, deliveries, or pickups as instructed. - May provide protection for clients in areas considered high-risk. - Execute any other assigned tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of 3rd grade. - At least 3 years of professional driving experience. - Valid driver's license of categories B and C, and a clean criminal record. - Experience working with NGOs, particularly on projects funded by the U.S. government. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Good knowledge of partner structures related to the project. - Dynamic, respectful, courteous, and punctual. - Ability to anticipate traffic problems in the city and manage stress while driving. - Good understanding of safety rules related to driving.

Educational Background:
The position requires at least a minimum educational level equivalent to the 3rd grade. This foundational education is essential for understanding basic vehicle operation and safety protocols, as well as for effective communication and interaction with passengers and colleagues.

Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of professional driving experience.
