The Administrative and Department Manager for the Crisis Response, Recovery, and Development (CRRD) Department is tasked with delivering high-quality administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of CRRD. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including managing the SVP's calendar, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, and overseeing document management. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. The compensation for this role ranges from $68,000 to $74,000 per year, depending on various factors such as the labor market and individual candidate experience. - Systems and Process Improvement: Identifying administrative process improvements, supporting the rollout of new software and tools, and taking ownership of strategic planning tasks.
- Special Events and Projects: Assisting with audits, arranging workshops and conferences, and planning special occasions.
