Job Overview:
The Enterprise Systems Intern position is part of the IT function responsible for managing enterprise systems that support HR, Finance, and Payroll operations, with Workday as the core platform. The intern will support day-to-day system operations, documentation, and basic functional tasks. This role is particularly suited for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to how large organizations utilize technology to run critical business functions. The intern will engage in various activities that enhance their understanding of enterprise systems and their impact on organizational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks divided into three main areas: System Support & Operations (40%), Business Analysis (30%), and Technical Analysis & Integrations (30%). In System Support & Operations, the intern will assist with day-to-day Workday operations, user support activities, data validation, report reviews, reconciliations, and audit activities. They will help track and investigate system issues, maintain internal documentation, and support data clean-up and system maintenance activities. In Business Analysis, the intern will document business processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, create process maps and user guides, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In Technical Analysis & Integrations, the intern will analyze Workday integrations, validate data interfaces, document integration requirements, and assist technical teams with testing and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The intern must be capable of effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences and should demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment is also important.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar disciplines. This educational background will provide the necessary foundation for understanding enterprise systems and their applications in business operations.

Experience:
While prior experience is not explicitly required, any exposure to Workday, ERP, HRIS, or enterprise applications will be considered a plus.
