Job Overview:
The Data Analyst Logistique position is crucial for optimizing logistics activities within the organization. The role involves transforming logistical data into performance levers for logistics teams. The Data Analyst will work within the Logistics Department, specifically in the Tools and Methods Logistics service, focusing on exploiting, valuing, and structuring logistical data to produce reliable analyses and management tools. The position requires improving the quality and structuring of logistical data, identifying and utilizing data sources, conducting data quality controls, and reporting anomalies. The analyst will also be responsible for producing reports, maintaining existing reporting systems, and supporting the analysis of logistics performance. Additionally, the role includes promoting a data culture among users and contributing to data and information systems projects that integrate a data dimension.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Exploit, value, and structure logistical data to produce reliable analyses and management tools.
  • Improve the quality and structuring of logistical data.
  • Identify and utilize logistical data sources, including information systems and Excel.
  • Conduct data mapping and quality control checks, reporting anomalies and optimizing processes/tools.
  • Apply and promote best practices in data management, formalizing management rules (KPIs, indicators, reference frameworks).
  • Produce reports and maintain existing reporting systems while improving reporting processes.
  • Support the analysis of logistics performance.
  • Foster a data culture among users at headquarters and field teams.
  • Contribute to data and information systems projects that incorporate a data dimension.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. They should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence applied to logistics data analysis, including transport, warehousing, inventory, forecasting, and operational performance. Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation, and reporting) and advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, complex functions) are essential. Knowledge of SQL, Data Warehouses, and logistics tools such as ERP, WMS, or TMS is considered an asset.

Educational Background:
A higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is required for this position. This educational background ensures that candidates have the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to perform effectively in the role.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have between 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, specifically applied to logistics data analysis. This experience should encompass various aspects of logistics, including transport, warehousing, inventory management, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, given the organization's operational context in France. Proficiency in English is considered a good to have, as it may facilitate communication with international teams and stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
The position is classified as a full-time, permanent contract (CDI) with a status of Integrated Executive. The workplace is located in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €2890 to €3500 gross monthly over 13 months, depending on experience.
