Job Overview:
The position of Online Volunteer for the UN Common Back Office (UN CBO) Brazil involves supporting the development of graphic design concepts and visual identity materials that will be applied across various communication products. The UN CBO is a flagship initiative under the UN Development System Reform, aimed at delivering high-quality shared operational services to UN entities in Brazil. The Online Volunteer will work under the supervision of the UN CBO Client Management Analyst and will be responsible for creating a cohesive and modern brand that aligns with United Nations visual communication standards. This role is crucial as it will help strengthen the UN CBO's branding, improve recognition, and enhance the communication of its mission, services, and achievements. The volunteer will engage in reviewing background materials, developing visual identity concepts, and ensuring that all communication materials are consistent, professional, and visually engaging.

Required Qualifications:

- Designing and developing a visual identity package that may include: a. Word document templates; b. PowerPoint presentation templates; c. Newsletter layouts; d. Social media templates and digital communication assets; e. Website banners, icons, and visual elements; f. Report covers and publication layouts; g. Infographics, factsheets, and other communication products; h. Email signature and branded stationery templates, where applicable.
- Revising and finalizing designs based on feedback received from the focal point, ensuring consistency across all communication products. All materials must adhere to the corporate branding and visual identity guidelines provided to the selected Online Volunteer before the assignment begins.
