Duties and Responsibilities:
The mentor's primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting interns in understanding the general operations of UNFPA Burundi, with a specific focus on health product security.
• Participating in the quantification of reproductive health products to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Engaging in the procurement process for reproductive health products, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Overseeing the receipt and distribution of reproductive health products, ensuring that all processes adhere to established protocols.
• Ensuring the integrity of the cold chain for products that require temperature control during storage and transport.
• Conducting physical inventories at both central and peripheral levels to maintain accurate stock records.
• Documenting activities related to reproductive health programs and sharing best practices with the team.
• Proposing innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of reproductive health activities.
• Supporting the implementation of the program by assisting in the organization of workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings. 1
• Contributing to the development of program management documents, including terms of reference, technical notes, and meeting minutes. 1
• Providing support in other areas of intervention as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to organizational demands.

Required Qualifications:
