Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a professional degree in social sciences or humanities, such as Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Family Development, or Community Development. Additionally, a postgraduate degree in areas such as psychosocial intervention, social and community development, human rights advocacy, or social research is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of social reintegration processes and the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, complemented by a postgraduate qualification such as a specialization or master's degree in psychosocial intervention, social development, human rights, or related fields. This educational background is essential to ensure that the consultant has the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to effectively address the complexities of social reintegration.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, specifically in social research, development of social diagnostics, and implementation of intervention processes. Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those who have been incarcerated, is highly valued. Candidates should have a proven track record in designing and executing research methodologies and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as the role requires effective communication with local stakeholders and the ability to produce reports in Spanish. Proficiency in English or other languages may be considered an asset but is not required for this position.
Additional Notes:
