Job Overview:
The position involves providing individual consultancy services to diagnose barriers to economic inclusion and to design and implement financial training strategies for individuals who have recently exited the prison system. The consultant will be expected to conduct thorough assessments of the current barriers faced by this demographic, develop tailored training programs that address these barriers, and ensure that the training is accessible and effective. This role is crucial in promoting social reintegration and economic empowerment for vulnerable populations, particularly those who have been incarcerated. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations, to ensure that the training programs are relevant and impactful. The assignment is expected to last for three months, during which the consultant will need to deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations based on their findings and the training outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of the barriers to economic inclusion faced by individuals who have recently exited the prison system.
• Design and implement financial training strategies tailored to the needs of this population.
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to ensure the training programs are effectively integrated into existing support systems.
• Develop training materials and resources that are accessible and relevant to the target audience.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting the findings of the diagnosis, the training implementation process, and the outcomes achieved.
• Provide recommendations for future initiatives aimed at enhancing economic inclusion for vulnerable populations.
• Engage in regular communication with UNDP and other stakeholders to report on progress and challenges encountered during the consultancy.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a professional degree in social sciences or humanities, such as Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, Economics, or Business Administration. Additionally, a postgraduate degree (specialization or master's) in fields such as economics, development economics, finance, financial management, financial markets, entrepreneurship, business development, or social development is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of economic inclusion and the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a professional degree in relevant fields such as social sciences or humanities, along with a postgraduate qualification. This could be a specialization or a master's degree in areas related to economics, finance, or social development. The educational qualifications should reflect a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of economic inclusion and training methodologies.

Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of four years of professional experience related to the design and implementation of training processes focused on economic inclusion, entrepreneurship, employability, or financial education aimed at vulnerable populations. This experience should be post-graduation and must not overlap with other roles. Specific experience in conducting diagnostics, research, or technical documentation related to economic inclusion or social reintegration is highly valued.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for this position, as all training materials and communications will be conducted in this language. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not required.
