Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
As an online volunteer for the nutritional teleorientation calls, you will be responsible for: - Participating in training sessions regarding the project framework, nutritional content, and activity flow. - Conducting teleorientation calls to the population assisted by the WFP intervention. - Ensuring quality in telephone guidance, as well as respectful and dignified treatment of participants. - Recording information in the MoDa platform, following the guidance of the WFP team. - Reporting situations and incidents to the WFP team. - Safeguarding personal data and maintaining the confidentiality of the information handled, in compliance with WFP's protection policies.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a respectful and empathetic attitude towards participants, and the ability to follow guidelines and protocols strictly. Familiarity with nutritional concepts and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively are essential.
