Job Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the development of fundraising and commitments, as well as to the fundraising efforts for the Action contre la Faim Foundation for Research and Innovation. The role involves participating in the operational management of marketing campaigns related to fundraising and the Foundation, which includes tasks such as managing advertising space reservations in collaboration with agencies, following up on information requests regarding donations, analyzing marketing performance for fundraising initiatives, and maintaining relationships with testers, donors, and foundations. The candidate will be expected to engage actively in various marketing activities and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.

Educational Background:

Experience:
The position requires at least 1 year of professional experience in marketing and communication, which can include internships. This experience is crucial for the candidate to effectively contribute to the fundraising and marketing efforts of the organization.
Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role involves communication with various stakeholders in a French-speaking environment. Knowledge of English or other languages may be considered an asset but is not required.
Additional Notes:
This is a six-month internship-position" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">internship position based in Montreuil, France, with a mandatory internship agreement from a French educational institution. The internship is compensated at a rate of €4.57 net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week. The weekly working hours are set at 38.75 hours. Additionally, the organization provides meal vouchers worth €8 (60% covered by ACF) and covers 50% of public transport costs. The role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and engage with various internal and external stakeholders.

- Conducting research on innovations and maintaining relationships with testers, donors, and foundations.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, advertising managers, and donors, to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Assisting in the creation, writing, and monitoring of print and digital campaigns related to fundraising and the Foundation.
- Organizing and facilitating events for the fundraising team.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A higher education background in marketing or communication.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in marketing and communication, including internships.
- Strong writing skills and an excellent ability to synthesize information.
- Proficiency in basic marketing analysis.
- Comfort with computer tools, particularly Excel, and familiarity with communication tools such as Canva, InDesign, or Figma is a significant advantage.
- A genuine interest in the charitable sector and commitment to the organization's mission.
