Job Overview:
In this role, you will be part of the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Department, working under the supervision of the Head of the Public Donor Audits team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all public donor audits within your portfolio. This involves liaising with relevant services to ensure a comprehensive response to public donor audits, participating in the development of ARC projects to foster an audit culture, and representing Action contre la Faim to donors and auditors regarding public donor audit matters. You will also serve as the focal point for audit-related inquiries from directors, managers, and staff across all operational sectors of the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to managing audit processes and ensuring compliance with donor requirements, while also promoting a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include coordinating responses to public donor audits, ensuring that all relevant departments are engaged and informed throughout the audit process. You will participate in the development of audit-related projects aimed at enhancing the organization's audit culture. Additionally, you will represent Action contre la Faim in discussions with donors and auditors, addressing any questions or concerns related to audits within your portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks associated with audits and implementing risk analysis and evaluation techniques. Furthermore, you will assist in training and guiding staff on audit-related matters, ensuring that they are well-prepared for audits and understand the importance of compliance with donor requirements. Your role will also involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge of donor regulations and audit frameworks, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must hold a higher education degree in finance, management, project management, auditing, or law. You should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, particularly in relation to public funding agencies, gained either in the field or at the headquarters of an international NGO. A solid understanding of donor regulations and applicable audit frameworks is essential. You should also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential audit risks and implement effective risk management strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including donors, auditors, and internal teams. You should be recognized for your listening skills, negotiation abilities, and capacity to persuade and facilitate discussions.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have a higher education degree in a relevant field such as finance, management, project management, auditing, or law. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to perform effectively in the role.

Experience:
A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required for this position. This experience should be related to public funding agencies and can be gained either in the field or at the headquarters of an international NGO. Languages:

• The role is based in Montreuil, Seine-Saint-Denis, France. The salary ranges from €41,000 to €50,000 gross annually, depending on experience, and is paid over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave and 21 RTT days. Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by Action contre la Faim, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs.
