Job Overview:
In the Logistics Department, the Stock and Supply team is part of the sustainable supply chain service. Under the supervision of the Stock and Supply Coordinator, the role involves ensuring the international supply for ACF France's Country Offices within the designated geographical area. This includes managing procurement, transport, and stock management to support operations efficiently and cost-effectively. The position requires a proactive approach to managing field orders, supplier relationships, budget control, and compliance with internal procedures. The successful candidate will also be involved in sourcing new suppliers, participating in tenders, and contributing to continuous process improvement, ensuring effective communication between field operations and headquarters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Chargé(e) d'approvisionnement internationaux include:

• Managing field orders, including procurement, transport, and stock management until delivery, in coordination with operations while optimizing supply strategies.
• Maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring quality of services provided.
• Controlling budgets related to orders and processing invoices for the accounting department.
• Addressing delivery non-conformities and managing disputes.
• Compiling and tracking supply files in compliance with internal procedures.
• Conducting purchases within authorized thresholds and ensuring traceability for audits.
• Facilitating smooth communication between field teams and headquarters.
• Providing backup for team members during absences.
• Participating in the implementation of international supply strategies and identifying optimal supply solutions. 1
• Conducting sourcing for new suppliers and participating in tender processes, including drafting specifications and selection committees. 1
• Updating and enriching the supplier database and contributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and documents. 1
• Prioritizing urgent needs in collaboration with operational teams. 1
• Recruiting and supervising a supply assistant, organizing task distribution, monitoring objectives and action plans, conducting annual reviews, and ensuring training and support for the team member.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a degree in logistics, commerce, or procurement and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Field experience, particularly in an international or humanitarian context, is highly valued, with prior experience at ACF being particularly appreciated. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, along with strong skills in office tools (Excel, Office Suite) and familiarity with an ERP system, ideally UBW and LINK. Candidates should demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy, as well as strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage urgent situations effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset are also crucial for success in this role.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a degree in logistics, commerce, or procurement. This foundational knowledge is critical for understanding the complexities of supply chain management and procurement processes, particularly in the context of humanitarian operations.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required. Candidates with field experience, especially in international or humanitarian settings, will have a competitive advantage. Experience with Action contre la Faim is particularly valued, as it demonstrates familiarity with the organization's mission and operational context.

Languages:
Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position, as effective communication in a global context is essential. Additional language skills may be beneficial but are not specified as mandatory.

Additional Notes:
This is a full-time, permanent position (CDI) based in Montreuil, Seine-Saint-Denis. The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with a seniority bonus after three years of service at headquarters. Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time). Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs. Employees also receive meal vouchers with a 60% contribution from the organization. Remote work is permitted from metropolitan territory, with a requirement for one day per month at headquarters and attendance at collective meetings and events up to three days per month. New team members must attend two days of in-person onboarding. Additionally, employees have unlimited access to the Talentsoft e-learning platform.
