Job Overview:
The position of Assistant(e) Collecte Relations Donateurs is designed for an intern who will support the implementation of the donor relations strategy. The role involves assisting the entire Donor Relations team in managing daily interactions with donors, overseeing the processing of donations, and coordinating with various internal departments involved in donation processing. The intern will also be responsible for improving practices within the Donor Relations department, ensuring compliance with procedures, and contributing to the optimization of donation management practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of those in need, while also gaining valuable experience in donor relations and non-profit operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include:
  • Supporting the deployment of the donor relations strategy;
  • Assisting the Donor Relations team in daily management of donor relationships;
  • Managing the donation processing service provider;
  • Monitoring the processing of donations;
  • Organizing and participating in regular meetings with the service provider;
  • Coordinating communication with internal contributors;
  • Communicating with various departments involved in donation processing (e.g., Marketing);
  • Supporting the management of service providers related to donor relations;
  • Assisting in the follow-up of routing service providers (processing of tax receipts); 1
  • Monitoring call and email relay services; 1
  • Contributing to the management and historical documentation of exchanges with donors; 1
  • Working closely with the donor relations support officer; 1
  • Ensuring compliance with departmental procedures; 1
  • Contributing to the optimization of donation management practices; 1
  • Proposing improvements for operational efficiency; 1
  • Participating in the creation and updating of administrative tools and donor support materials (FAQs, questionnaires, letters); 1
  • Contributing to debriefing expatriates to gather testimonials and enrich responses to donors; 1
  • Conducting research on new tools and practices in donor relations; 1
  • Participating in internal and external benchmarks; 2
  • Contributing to the reflection on the evolution and innovation of donor relations practices.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Enrollment in a higher education program such as BTS or IUT in marketing, sales administration, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of customer relations;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with various stakeholders;
  • Initiative and autonomy in managing multiple activities simultaneously;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel with advanced functions, PowerPoint);
  • Comfort with numerical data;
  • A strong sensitivity to solidarity actions and volunteer engagement, which is a significant asset for the position.

Educational Background:
Candidates should have a higher education background, ideally pursuing a BTS or IUT in marketing, sales administration, or a related field. This educational foundation should provide the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage in donor relations and support the organization's mission.

Experience:
While specific prior experience may not be required, candidates should demonstrate familiarity with customer relations and possess skills that indicate readiness to engage in a professional environment. Experience in non-profit organizations or volunteer work may be advantageous.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, given the location and nature of the work. Proficiency in English or other languages may be considered a plus, enhancing communication with international stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
This position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract with a duration of 12 months. The work location is in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), with a desired rhythm of two weeks on-site followed by one week of remote work. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and education level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time) and 25 days of paid leave, prorated based on presence. Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50%. Meal vouchers are also provided, with 60% covered by the organization. The telework policy allows for flexibility, requiring a minimum of four days per month at the headquarters, with specific integration days for new hires. Special conditions include prolonged sitting, oral communication, and screen work.
