Job Overview:
The position of Delivery Manager is crucial for the development of an Integrated Health Information System (IHIS) in Montenegro. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the IHIS project, ensuring that it meets the needs of the health sector and aligns with national health policies. This role requires a strategic approach to project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities. The Delivery Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including government agencies, health institutions, and international partners, to facilitate collaboration and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. The assignment is set to begin on September 1, 2026, and will last for one year, with a total of 160 consultancy days expected to be utilized throughout the project duration.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong background in project management, particularly in the health sector. Required qualifications include:
Educational Background:
A minimum of a Master's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Project Management, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are highly desirable and will be considered an asset.
Experience:
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically in the health sector. Experience working with international organizations, particularly in the context of health information systems, is preferred. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration is also essential.
Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Montenegrin or Serbian is considered an asset and will be advantageous for effective communication with local stakeholders.

- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise.
- Conducting training sessions for users and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the IHIS.
- Evaluating the impact of the IHIS on health outcomes and making recommendations for improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with UNDP procurement and operational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
