Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of operational activities of the office, ensuring adherence to IOM standards.
  • Maintain project correspondence and communication.
  • Draft regular and special reports covering IOM activities in Aruba, including briefings and background information as required.
  • Oversee the implementation of the DTM in Aruba, ensuring proper adaptation to the local context.
  • Coordinate liaison with government partners, donors, the UN, and civil society.
  • Prepare agendas and arrange field visits, appointments, and meetings related to project activities, and write minutes from these meetings.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement training sessions, workshops, and other activities about IOM projects/programs.
  • Supervise administrative procedures required for successful project implementation.

Required Qualifications:

Alternatively, a university degree in the aforementioned fields with four years of relevant professional experience is acceptable. Candidates should have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
