Job Overview:
As a pediatrician with MSF, you will play a crucial role in addressing the healthcare needs of children in challenging environments. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, particularly in crisis situations such as measles outbreaks, severe malnutrition, and care for neonates. Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• A medical doctor degree with full and current registration.
• Specialization in pediatrics or ongoing specialization, with a minimum of three years of professional experience in pediatrics.
• At least six months of clinical experience within the last two years.
• Advanced-level fluency in English; French fluency is highly valued.
• Experience in managing staff in a multicultural team, including supervision and training.
• Relevant travel or work experience in contexts similar to MSF's operational environments, such as armed conflicts or public health emergencies.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a medical degree from a recognized institution, with a specialization in pediatrics. Ongoing specialization or postgraduate studies in relevant fields such as international public health, infectious diseases, or tropical medicine are advantageous. Additional training in areas such as neonatology, emergency care, or public health is also beneficial.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of professional experience in pediatrics, with at least six months of clinical experience within the last two years. Experience in managing healthcare teams in multicultural settings is essential, as is relevant work experience in challenging environments such as conflict zones or disaster-affected areas.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in French is highly valued. Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese is considered an asset and may enhance communication with diverse populations.
