Job Overview:
The position involves supporting UNHCR India in the analysis and reporting of data collected through the Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) exercise. The Online Volunteer will play a crucial role in reviewing, cleaning, and organizing the PDM dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis. The volunteer will analyze quantitative data using appropriate statistical methods, identify key trends and patterns, and develop visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Additionally, the volunteer will draft the PDM report, which includes methodology, key findings, analysis, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Online Volunteer will undertake several key responsibilities, including:

• Reviewing, cleaning, and organizing the PDM dataset to ensure consistency and readiness for analysis.
• Analyzing quantitative PDM data using appropriate statistical and analytical methods, including disaggregation by relevant demographic, geographic, and program variables.
• Identifying key trends, patterns, gaps, and notable findings emerging from the data.
• Developing tables, charts, and other data visualizations to communicate findings clearly and accurately.
• Reviewing and synthesizing qualitative responses and integrating relevant findings with the quantitative analysis where applicable.
• Supporting the interpretation of findings against the objectives and key indicators of the PDM exercise.
• Drafting the PDM report, including methodology, key findings, analysis, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Revising the analysis and report based on feedback from UNHCR and ensuring consistency between the underlying data, visualizations, findings, and narrative.
• Supporting the preparation of a concise summary of key findings for internal and external communication as required. The volunteer will work remotely and will receive necessary datasets, questionnaires, analytical frameworks, and relevant background documentation from UNHCR.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires strong data analysis and report-writing skills. Candidates should have a solid understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques. Familiarity with data cleaning and organization processes is essential. The ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data effectively is also important.
