Job Overview:
The position is under the supervision of the Head of the SMSP sector and closely linked with the MEAL and SI teams. The candidate will participate in a structuring project aimed at optimizing knowledge organization and exploring opportunities offered by generative AI to support Action contre la Faim's programs. The role involves analyzing needs and structuring knowledge, identifying and prioritizing business needs in AI and knowledge management, mapping processes, information flows, and existing references, as well as structuring data, taxonomies, metadata, and documentary references. The candidate will also be responsible for generative AI and tool improvement, conducting a benchmark of relevant generative AI solutions, defining and specifying priority AI use cases, and designing, testing, and documenting a library of Microsoft Copilot prompts. Additionally, the role includes governance, quality, and compliance tasks, formalizing workflows for updates, validation, and quality control, developing recommendations for data governance, security, and GDPR compliance, and establishing best practices for AI tool usage. The candidate will support the SMSP-MEAL project by drafting user guides and support materials, preparing and facilitating workshops and awareness actions, and coordinating knowledge capitalization and support for the SMSP-MEAL project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be a Master's student (or in a gap year) in AI, Data Science, digital transformation, or applied computer science. A good understanding of generative AI (LLM), prompt engineering, and evaluation of AI tools is essential. The candidate should have an appreciation for needs analysis, benchmarking tools, and knowledge structuring. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot, SharePoint, Teams) is required, with knowledge of Copilot Studio and Power Automate being a plus. The candidate should be comfortable with data structuring and tools like Excel/Google Sheets. Autonomy, rigor, analytical thinking, and teamwork are crucial qualities. Awareness of ethical issues and GDPR is also important.
Educational Background:
Candidates must be enrolled in a French educational institution and possess a convention de stage (internship agreement) issued by a French legal educational establishment. A Master's degree in a relevant field such as AI, Data Science, or applied computer science is required.
Experience:
The position is aimed at students, particularly those in their second year of Master's studies or those taking a gap year. Therefore, prior professional experience is not strictly necessary, but familiarity with the relevant fields and tools is advantageous.
Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, and the ability to read technical documentation in English is also required. Additional language skills may be beneficial but are not specified as mandatory.
Additional Notes:
The internship is for a duration of 6 months, based in Montreuil at 102 rue de Paris, starting in September. The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week, with a total weekly working time of 38.75 hours. Meal vouchers worth 8 euros are provided, with 60% covered by Action contre la Faim. The organization covers 50% of public transport costs. A hybrid work policy is in place, allowing for some remote work, but regular presence at the Montreuil office is expected, with approximately three days per month dedicated to meetings and collective events.
