Job Overview:
In this role, you will assist the coordinator" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">support coordinator in managing the activities of the support departments (finance, logistics, and HR) for the France Mission. Your responsibilities will include logistical management, financial and accounting tasks, and human resources management. You will be involved in purchasing activities, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Additionally, you will handle financial documentation, assist in the integration of new team members, and support program teams with logistical and administrative challenges. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the support functions of the organization and is aligned with the values of Action contre la Faim.

Required Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who is engaged, motivated, and possesses the following qualities: You should either hold or be in the process of obtaining a higher education degree (Bachelor's level 3 to Master's) in humanitarian action, organizational management, logistics, social action, human resources, or accounting. You must demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills, possess strong interpersonal abilities, and have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proactivity, responsiveness, rigor, and flexibility are essential traits for this position. Proficiency in Excel is a must, and prior experience in logistical, financial, or administrative management is highly desirable. Experience in the non-profit sector is also a plus, along with a strong interest in the activities and principles upheld by the France Mission.
Educational Background:
Candidates should have a higher education background, ideally at the Bachelor's level (Licence 3) or higher, in fields related to humanitarian action, organizational management, logistics, social action, human resources, or accounting. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the complexities of the support functions within the organization and effectively contributing to its mission.
Experience:
A first experience in logistical, financial, or administrative management is preferred. Candidates with experience in the non-profit sector will be given priority, as this background will provide valuable insights into the operational challenges faced by humanitarian organizations. Languages:

- Logistical Management: Conducting purchases for the Île-de-France base, coordinating and tracking activities in the LINK software, managing supplier relationships and framework contracts, overseeing equipment and office environment, and handling travel arrangements for team members.
- Financial and Accounting Management: Processing, preparing, and tracking supplier invoices and expense reimbursement requests, performing accounting entries in Excel, archiving financial documents, preparing monthly accounting closures, participating in budget follow-up meetings, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
- Human Resources Management: Managing the integration schedules for new hires, participating in the onboarding and briefing of new staff, contributing to the formalization and updating of HR policies and processes, and assisting in the implementation of activities by supporting program teams with logistical and administrative needs.
- Participation in team meetings and preparation of meeting minutes, as well as contributing to priority cross-cutting projects within the Mission.

- The internship is compensated at a rate of €4.57 net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week, with a total weekly working time of 38.75 hours. Employees will receive meal vouchers valued at €8, with 60% covered by Action contre la Faim, and 50% reimbursement for public transportation costs. The organization has a telework policy that allows for remote work while ensuring necessary in-office presence, with regular attendance at the Montreuil headquarters expected, along with approximately three days per month dedicated to meetings and collective events.
