Job Overview:
The position of Referent*in (d/w/m) Beruf & Orientierung is crucial for supporting individuals with refugee and migration backgrounds in their integration into the labor market and in self-employment initiatives. The role is specifically tied to the 'PRIMA-Lab' project, which aims to assist people with visible and invisible disabilities in their labor market integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and ensuring the quality of accessible and language-sensitive learning and qualification materials, as well as self-empowerment resources in both digital and analog formats. This position requires collaboration in the conception, organization, implementation, and evaluation of training formats tailored to various target groups, focusing on inclusive and barrier-free design and psychosocial-support" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">psychosocial support. The role also involves developing and conducting training, informational, and awareness-raising offerings for professionals, employers, partner organizations, and migrant self-organizations regarding the training materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Referent*in include:

• Developing, creating, and ensuring the quality of barrier-free and language-sensitive learning and qualification materials for individuals with refugee backgrounds.
• Conceptualizing and developing self-learning materials, guides, manuals, and practical resources to promote inclusive access to the labor market.
• Collaborating in the design, organization, implementation, and evaluation of qualification and training formats for diverse target groups.
• Assisting in the development and execution of training, informational, and awareness-raising offerings for professionals, employers, and partner organizations.
• Supporting individual social pedagogical guidance for participants.
• Coordinating program activities and services in close collaboration with project partners, counseling centers, and other involved organizations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a completed degree or comparable qualification in communication, media education, humanities, or educational sciences. They should have knowledge in DAZ (German as a Second Language) and subject-specific language didactics, as well as experience in developing both analog and digital learning materials that consider accessibility for the target group. Experience working with individuals with migration backgrounds or those with visible or invisible disabilities is essential. Candidates should have previously developed training courses and led workshops. Knowledge in developing IFSL materials and language-sensitive work instructions is advantageous. Strong teamwork skills, organizational competencies, and a willingness to collaborate with partners and network are required.

Educational Background:
A completed degree or comparable qualification in relevant fields such as communication, media education, humanities, or educational sciences is required for this position. Candidates should have a strong foundation in language didactics and the development of educational materials.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have practical experience in developing learning materials and platforms, particularly for individuals with migration backgrounds or disabilities. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops is also necessary, along with a proven track record of working collaboratively in team settings.

Languages:
Fluency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is mandatory. Additional language skills in languages spoken by the target group, such as Ukrainian, Arabic, Dari, etc., are considered advantageous.
