Job Overview:
The position of Adjoint.e Chargé.e de Projet plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of the 15th project, contributing to the coordination of stakeholders involved in the territory under the supervision of the project manager. The role encompasses various responsibilities, including participating in defining operational intervention frameworks for the project, updating the mapping of territorial actors and project partners, and supporting the framing of activities and monitoring tools/methodologies. The position also involves drafting funding requests, contributing to the deployment of project activities, and supporting the development and consolidation of partnerships related to the implementation of activities. Additionally, the role requires participation in the development and strengthening of network dynamics and cooperation, as well as contributing to the deployment of access to food mechanisms implemented within the project, such as organizing markets and experimenting with cash transfer modalities. The Adjoint.e Chargé.e de Projet will also be involved in the implementation and monitoring of the project's follow-up, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes, which includes updating program monitoring tools, organizing surveys and focus groups, and consolidating collected data for initial analysis. Furthermore, the position entails contributing to reporting, capitalizing on lessons learned, and disseminating information internally and externally, as well as participating in the archiving process and the consolidation of lessons learned from the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Adjoint.e Chargé.e de Projet will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including:

• Participating in the definition of operational intervention frameworks for the 15th project.
• Updating the mapping of territorial actors and project partners.
• Supporting the framing of activities and monitoring tools/methodologies.
• Assisting in drafting funding requests.
• Contributing to the deployment of project activities, including the development and consolidation of partnerships.
• Participating in the development and strengthening of network dynamics and cooperation.
• Contributing to the deployment of access to food mechanisms, such as organizing markets and experimenting with cash transfer modalities.
• Implementing and monitoring the follow-up, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes of the project.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a generalist training in fields such as political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, or human sciences. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within social action and/or territorial development in France, particularly in combating food insecurity, is required. Candidates should have skills and expertise in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning applied to projects conducted in France. Experience in mobilization, with a proven track record of facilitating engagement with diverse audiences in the French context, is essential. Knowledge of the Marseille territory, specifically the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th arrondissements, is also necessary. Candidates should be organized, rigorous, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with various stakeholders.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a degree in political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, or human sciences. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of project management and the socio-economic dynamics at play in the context of social action and territorial development.

Experience:
The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in the fields of social action and territorial development within France. This experience should include a focus on combating food insecurity and a demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, given the context of the work and the target audience. Additional languages may be considered an asset, but proficiency in French is essential for effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external partners.

Additional Notes:
The employment status for this position is as an employee on a fixed-term contract (CDD) with full-time hours. The position is based in Marseille, and the salary ranges from €34,000 to €38,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to a seniority bonus after three years of service at the headquarters. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time), health coverage with 80% of costs covered by Action contre la Faim, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% of the value covered by the organization. The position allows for teleworking up to 12 days per month, and there may be field trips within the PACA region, as well as possible representation and coordination trips outside the PACA region.
